How do NEXVO One glasses work?
They look and wear like ordinary glasses, with a camera, microphones, speakers and touch controls built into the frame and temples. You pair them with your phone once; after that you control them by tapping the temple or speaking, and audio comes back through the open-ear speakers.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes. Shipping is free and tracked anywhere in the United States, with delivery normally in 3–6 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM CT on a business day leave the same day, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Does NEXVO require a smartphone?
Yes. A paired phone provides the connection for calls, the AI assistant and translation, and it's where your photos and videos are transferred. The point isn't to replace your phone — it's to leave it in your pocket.
How does the AI assistant work?
You speak; the microphone array picks up your voice, the request is processed through your paired phone's connection, and the answer is spoken back through the speakers. It can also draw on what the camera sees for object recognition — asking what something is, or reading something out to you.
Can I make calls?
Yes. Answer or end a call with a tap on the temple. Several microphones with noise reduction keep your voice clear, including outdoors, and the open-ear design means you still hear your surroundings during the call.
How does translation work?
Ask for a translation by voice and hear the result spoken through the speakers, so nobody has to look at a screen. It needs an internet connection through your paired phone, and works best in reasonably quiet surroundings.
How long does the battery last?
The 390 mAh cell is sized for a day of intermittent use — some music, a few calls, occasional clips. Continuous video is far more demanding, at roughly 12 minutes per charge. Fast charging brings them back up quickly between uses.
Are they comfortable for all-day use?
The frame measures 158 mm overall with 139 mm temples, 131 mm between the hinges and a 22 mm bridge — standard proportions for an adult face — and the ABS construction keeps the weight low and evenly spread. Most people stop noticing them after the first day.
Can I get them with prescription lenses?
Not from us. NEXVO One ships with the lens option you choose — clear or sunglass — and we don't sell prescription versions. The frame houses the electronics, so having the lenses replaced elsewhere is at your own risk and isn't covered by the warranty. The lens opening measures 49 mm wide by 40 mm tall if you want to check with your optician first.
Are they compatible with iPhone and Android?
Both. They pair wirelessly with current iOS and Android phones using the companion app for setup, media transfer and settings.
What is included in the box?
