Shipping, returns & warranty
Shipping
Shipping is free and tracked to every address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed before 2 PM CT on a business day are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return NEXVO One in original condition with the case, cable and cloth included. Contact us to start a return and we'll send instructions; refunds are issued to the original payment method once the parcel arrives.
Warranty
Every pair carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. Accidental damage, water damage and normal cosmetic wear are not covered. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
